- Salary: NJC point 19 – 23 Pro Rata (Effective salary range £26,501 - £28,547)
- Contract: Term time plus two weeks, 37 hours per week
- Start date: Role to commence as soon as possible
- Closing date: Monday 18th December 2023 at 12 noon.
- Interviews: Likely to be held in January 2024
The Governing Body of The Prescot School wish to appoint a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead to support the safeguarding of students in our school. The successful candidate will implement the school’s Safeguarding and Child Protection Policy and Procedures in line with national, statutory and school requirements, working with the Assistant Principal responsible for Safeguarding.
The successful applicant will be a positive and motivated individual with personal drive. They will work in a calm and organised nature way and demonstrate the understanding of working professionally to strict deadlines. They will be able to communicate confidently and effectively in a range of circumstances. They will have the ability to work both as part of a team and independently whilst maintaining positive and successful working relationship with colleagues.
